Wax seals on a ribbon belly band is a trend that is sweeping the wedding industry, but this beautiful technique is not as easy as it looks (unfortunately, I have had to learn the hard way!). But after doing this for years as a professional wedding stationer, I’ve learned a few tips and tricks along the way to make the entire process pretty seamless and even enjoyable!

In this tutorial, I'm going to show you THREE different ways to make wax seals over ribbon on your wedding invitations. Each technique has it's own perks and quirks, and I'm going to share each of them with you here! Supplies:*

• Wax Seal Stamp: Blushed Bride

• Idlewild Suite

• Pemberly Suite

• Ribbon: Tono&Co “Peach”

• Wax Melting Gun

• Vintage Rose Wax: (Pro members only until 2020—similar color here)

• Black wax sticks

• Self Adhesive Stamps: Blushed Bride - "Traditional Black"

• Melting Spoon: I used the Grace spoon from Artisaire

• Sealing Wax Beads
